About Joanne Liu, CPA, CGA, PFP

Recipient of the "Distinguished Service Award" 2024 from the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia (CPABC)
As chair of CPABC's Burnaby/New Westminster Chapter (2019-24), volunteered 100-plus hours annually, including organizing popular learning and social events and leading fundraising efforts to benefit the Greater Vancouver Food Bank.
A champion of financial literacy, broadened the CPABC Financial Literacy Program's reach by delivering its first session in Chinese in 2021.
Supported community engagement, drove strategic initiatives, and participated in trade delegations as vice chair and director of Canwest Taiwan Board of Trade, as well served as a seminar speaker with S.U.C.C.E.S.S. for 10-plus years.
